Recently my fiancé and I discovered two of our very good friends are expecting twins! We are so excited for them and even more excited that it is them and not us! LOL! Seriously though, I've photographed two sets of fraternal twins in the last few months too! I have no problem offering people what I call a "Service Exchange." Both of these photo shoots were done that way. The first was done in exchange for badly needing tires. My friend purchased me tires and in return I provided a portrait session. The second set of twins were from my amazing hair dresser! You can only assume what she will be providing me with! As I don't do this type of thing for everyone, it doesn't hurt to ask me.
I've discovered twins are VERY hard to photograph. It usually takes about 1 hour to photograph a baby. Both photo shoots took almost 2 hours (which I guess makes sense)! When one twin looked good, the other was moving, crying or running away. I am a die hard and won't stop until I am satisfied with my work. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do! I look forward to photographing more twins!
